A little off track from my money making blogging tips for today, as today is a great day for cooking! Because of major money wastage on food, we started cooking our own meals like 2 weeks ago. Now, Im the master of cooking:
-Thai Fried Rice
and, last but not least
-Omelette (expected a lot more didn't you. no, you're wrong)
Tried to cook the mince pork salad (ลาบ) like last week, but it was an EPIC PHAIL! Pork did not go well with the vegetables. Nevermind about that. Today, we cooked the Chilli Basil mince pork (ผัดกระเพาหมู), and it was a SUCCESS! Yeah! Heres what happened, roughly

My bro is the iron chef for today, and it went like this.
me: 'Hey bro, lets take a picture of the kitchen so that the reader knows the size of it'
bro: 'Okay, Im the cook for today then'
Moving on to the preparation

bro: 'okay, I have prepared:
-mince pork
-chicken stock soup
-chopped garlic
-chopped chilli
-chopped onion (we know that it doesn't really go well, but anyway..)
-salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, no MSG
and
-HOLY basil'
me: 'now lets cook it!

first: put oil, and put mince pork, stir fry till you think its kind of cooked
second: put garlic and chilli, together with a little bit of chicken stock soup. stir fry some more
third: added a pinch of salt and sugar, some soy sauce and fish sauce, and not so much oyster sauce. stir fry more

fourth: add basil and onion, stir fry till it looks good. give it a taste, if somethings lagging, just add salt, sugar, sauce whatever

me: 'Yeah! its good! great success bro'
We cooked some scrambled egg too, and then we just sit infront of the TV, and we enjoyed our meal today. The end. c u
